Uptown-Downtown Wildlife Art ExhibitFriday, January 16 - Saturday, February 7
Feast your eyes upon wonderful works of art from local artists working in a variety of media, including metal sculpture, earthenware, glass, oils, watercolor, acrylics, colored pencil, mixed media, photography, and woodcarving. Enjoy the arts of Bruce Billings, Dee Danley-Brown, Glen Cowan, Sue Denega, Kateryna Elson, Lenn Goldmann, Janice Hofmann, Sten Hoiland, Bonnie Lack, Kathleen Lawrence-Davis, Cal Ling, Tim Manolis, Tanya Mead-Mullen, Michael Nesbit, Bill Peters, Mick Schwartz, Dave Simcox, Michael Simpson, and Charles Withuhn. Co-hosted this year by Avenue 9 Gallery and All Fired Up! Ceramic Art Center, our special Snow Goose Festival art exhibit has expanded to three weeks. Bring a friend and meet the artists, along with fellow festival participants, presenters, and field trip leaders at both galleries on Friday, January 23th from 5:30 - 8:30 pm while feasting on delectable hors d’oeuvres catered by Cindy Maderos. Enjoy a spectacular array of foods that are grown and produced in the fertile Northern Sacramento Valley. The evening venue includes live music, great food, splendid conversations, and a no host bar.
