Thank you for coming to our event. Whether it was the Wine and Wildlife
Reception & Art Show, Gathering of Wings Banquet, 40+ field trips/workshops
and/or free activities, we hope you had a great time.

Mission Statement

The Snow Goose Festival’s mission is to increase public awareness, understanding, appreciation and conservation of the diverse wildlife and unique habitats of the northern Sacramento Valley.

Our goals are:

• To provide fun, educational and recreational experiences
• To promote the local economy through wildlife-related tourism
• To increase partnerships among agencies, community organizations, schools and business
• To introduce the cultural and artistic significance of wildlife in the region
• To raise the profile of the purpose and role of participating organizations
• To raise funds to support and continue this wonderful community event and other endeavors directly related to the event’s mission
