Description

Want to make your garden more water-wise and bird friendly? Take a tour of several Altacal Audubon Society’s certified Neighborhood Habitat gardens that have done just that by adding drip irrigation, native and drought tolerant plants and grasses, ponds, birdbaths, and brush piles. John Whittlesey, owner of Canyon Creek Nursery & Design, will demonstrate and discuss the practicalities of converting lawn to habitat garden as part of this tour.
