"True Confessions of a Wild Bird Photographer”

How far will you go to realize your photographic vision? What kind of blind can you dream up? Is there any destination too far, too cold, too hot? What floats, what sinks? What tools can you invent or re-purpose to solve your problems? How do you see and portray your subjects, and photograph birds by design? Over the course of his forty-year career, George Lepp’s philosophy has been: Whatever it takes!

In this program, George shares some of his greatest bird photography success stories, and some very funny failures, as he employs creative tactics and techniques to get the winning shot in locations around the world.

George D. Lepp is one of North America’s best-known contemporary outdoor and nature photographers. His passions for natural beauty, technical precision, cutting-edge technology, and environmental responsibility are revealed in his beautiful and compelling photographic images. He is also widely recognized for his unique dedication to sharing his photographic and biological knowledge with other photographers through his seminars, writing and inventions.
